Studio reserves the right to make repair decisions in all cases:
1. For three years after the sale, Studio will be responsible for failure of any sculpture’s performance.
2. During the three year period Studio may, at its option, send parts, supplies and instruction for repair to the Customer’s location. In the event that Studio requests the sculpture is sent back for repair, Studio will pay for shipping to and from Studio, and will bear all repair expenses.
3. After three years, Studio will repair sculptures provided the Customer pays shipping charges to and from Studio.
4. After five years, Studio will also charge a repair fee.
NOTE: Customer Warranty was not intended to cover Acts of God within the warranty period, as such should be covered under customer’s insurance.
